1. The Company does not hold any responsibility for any purchases or shopping done by the customer at their own cost and will while he/she is on tour organized by the Company.
2. The Company does not hold any responsibility for any extra services directly purchased by the customer from the Company’s vendor while the customer is traveling on the package tour over and above the services purchased from the Company.
3. Check in / Check out. Most hotels worldwide observe 1400-1600 Hrs. as Check-in time & 12:00 Hrs. as Check-out time. If the Tourist/Group’s arrival is before or departure is after the normal check-in or check-out time, the Company is not responsible for additional charges levied by the hotel or travel component supplier and such charges are to be settled by the Tourist/Group directly with the hotel or travel components supplier.
4. All tour programs and packages/ tour components are subject to laws, rules, and regulations. The Company will have no responsibility in respect of any condition brought about by any such laws, etc., or due to an act of God.
5 No person, other than the Company, in writing, has the authority to vary, add, amplify, or waive off any description, representation, terms, and conditions set forth herein or in a brochure of the Company, or other terms & conditions regarding tour booked by the Tourist with the Company.
6. Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar, etc., are not included.
7. We do not bear the responsibility of refund for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours, or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
8. All adventure activities are risky sports, involvement in such activities is the guest(s) own choice/risk and we do not take any responsibility for mishaps or accidents. We do not accept any claim.
Transport & Accomodation
Hotels/Room: Accommodation provided is generally on a twin-sharing basis so single occupancy, arising for whatever reason, will cost more.
Extra beds will also be charged as per hotel-specified rates. Guests will have to abide by the check-in/out time of the respective hotels.
Early arrivals/late departures or overstays due for whatever reason are the responsibility of the guests themselves. The use of hotel services and amenities is the responsibility of the guests.
Meals: There is a pre-set menu for meals as per the tour program. We reserve the right to change the meal arrangements if circumstances demand us to do so. A tour participant missing a meal for whatever reason can not be the meal missed.
Transport: Our cars are allotted on the booking priority basis. Each transport operator has their own set of rules that must be complied. The company is not liable for any dispute arising from non-compliance with such rules.
Payments:
The amount paid at the time of booking is non-refundable. We do not accept any form of cheques. The bookings will be processed only after 30% of the total amount has been paid.
